Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds —

• Full refund will be issued if request received in writing 30 days prior to the tournament.
• NO refunds (full or partial) will be issued if requested less than 30 days prior to the tournament.

Weather Policy —

• For inclement weather on the day of event, the Chapter will e-mail information on the status of the event. Final decision to play, postpone, or call the tournament is at the sole discretion of the course.
• If the course offers a rescheduled date for the tournament, no refunds will be given.
